Slash Commands in DM not working for sharded bots

Resolved

For approximately 45 minutes a defect in the Discord API causes Slash Commands to fail to load in Direct Messages for sharded Bots.

Slash Commands in servers and in DMs for non-sharded Bots were not impacted.

The defect has been identified and rolled back.
